How long is the information kept?

We retain enquiries on our database for a period of 2 years, once that period is passed the record is deleted from our database. Listing data is kept for the duration of the listing, the site will send regular reminders out to all members.

You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.

If you decide to list your business on this website, additional information may be collected to facilitate the completion of the listing. We only collect information necessary to feature your business and complete your listing.

Mere and District Chamber of Commerce will not share your information with anyone else.
